Tasks:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support by effectively closing quality sales
  • Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty through the delivery of accurate and timely information
  • Responsible for navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolving the issues or queries which caused the customer to need the product being sold


Qualifications:
  • Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Impeccable punctuality and attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere, highly organized and detailed with the ability to keep composure when handling many tasks at once
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to meet or exceed individual goals and objectives
  • General PC knowledge
  • Flexibility to work overtime based on the business need of the department
  • Must be willing to work Full Time hours, (24/7 environment) and shift work on evenings, weekends and holiday




Desktop/Laptop Minimum Hardware Requirements:
  • Intel i3 Processor or AMD equivalent
  • 4GB RAM or higher
  • Hard drive: at least 2GB free disk space
  • Monitor with minimum resolution of 1366 x 768
  • USB headset with microphone with noise reduction (Plantronics / A4Tech / Logitech)
Minimum Software Requirements
  • Windows 7 or higher
  • Modern and Updated Web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
  • Microsoft Office 2010 or higher
Minimum Internet Connection Requirements
  • Stable Internet connection with at least 5Mbps download and upload speeds.
